For peace of mind, begin planning your fairy birthday two months in advance. This will allow you time to gather all the supplies that you need, including fairy party decorations, activities, gifts, and menu items. Planning ahead also gives your guests time to RSVP and make travel plans, if needed. Don’t panic if you find yourself short on time; you can still plan a great party! Planning ahead simply reduces the risk of conflicts with guests’ plans and may increase your party’s attendance

Invitations
Well, in reality, invites give the guests a sample of what they’re in for; and in this case, it’s a Fairytale good time, so the invitation have got to be pretty.No problem there! Your wishes are granted with these nice diecut folded invites with nice lavendar envelopes. Add a special touch by decorating them with stickers, ribbon & even glitter.

What You’ll Need
If you plan to use paper tableware and fairy party supplies our Suggested Party Supply List may be quite helpful. Please note that you may not need everything on the list; it is intended only as a guide.

For this party, think white, pink, and lavender as your main color scheme. Simple white balloons and pretty pastel streamers work perfectly. For goodie bags, purchase fairy party favors such as pretend makeup, magic fairy wands, fairy stickers, glitter nail polish, fake pearls, and candies. Place all of these items inside clear or printed cellophane bags, and tie the bags closed with pretty, pastel-colored ribbons. Dont Forget to provide all the children with party hats, crowns, or headbands. Kids love blowouts, so stock up!!

Fun Fairy Birthday Ideas
Form a canopy over the party table using pink and lavender streamers. The streamers should cascade from a bow in the middle (attached to the chandelier or the ceiling) out to the sides of the room. Then, sprinkle glitter on the table, forming a line of fairy tracks that lead up to the fairy birthday cake.You can also sprinkle the cake with edible glitter and top it with a fairy figure, a fairy candle,or any other fairy birthday favors to complete the effect.

Tie clusters of shimmery pink, lavender, white, and/or silver balloons to the backs of chairs, near the tea table, or in other spots throughout the party area. Weight some of the balloons with star-shaped or princess crown balloon weights. You can also make your own weights by cutting star shapes out of cardboard, spray painting them white, and rolling them in glitter while the paint is still wet.

Fill the party area with huge tissue paper flowers made using our Tissue Flowers activity instructions. Then, lay a cardboard drawbridge at the door for the children to walk over as they enter the party area. You can also cut large tree, toadstool, and castle shapes out of cardboard, paint them, and then hang them on the walls of the party area. Or, for ease, purchase fairy party decorations online.

Birthday Games
An interactive party game for up to 20 kids will be perfect for this special day. This is an excellent Pin Game Hang giant poster on wall, give each child with a sticker crown with their name on it. Getting Started

Figure you will need to start preparation approx 2 months in advance. This will give you time to order all your cheerleading party supplies, get your attendance list in order, birthday gifts, & food/drink list. Cheerleading Birthday Party Invitations

Create your own personl invitations, or use cheerleading party invitations in packs of eight including envelopes. Either deliver by hand, place in mail at least two week prior to event. It’s a good idea to RSVP in advance in order to prepare and save cost by purchasing products that you intend to use.

Cheerleader Party Decorations

Fill your party space with school spirit! Here are some fun and creative ideas for cheerleading party decorations

· As each guest enters the party area, give them two shoe poms to tie to their shoes and ribbons to tie in their hair. Then, paint a school mascot or cheer slogan on their cheeks with a Homemade Face Paint Recipe
