Getting Started

Figure you will need to start preparation approx 2 months in advance. This will give you time to order all your cheerleading party supplies, get your attendance list in order, birthday gifts, & food/drink list. Planning ahead also gives your guests time to make arrangements to RSVP, buy gifts, change work schedule, travel plans if needed.

Planning ahead reduces the risk of conflict with guests’ plans and may increase your party’s attendance.Start by choosing a location for your party. If you want to do it outside the house, find out about renting space at a local gymnastics studio or gym.

Cheerleading Birthday Party Invitations

Create your own personl invitations, or use cheerleading party invitations in packs of eight including envelopes. Either deliver by hand, place in mail at least two week prior to event. It’s a good idea to RSVP in advance in order to prepare and save cost by purchasing products that you intend to use.
